About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a Special School in Barking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Learning: Plan and deliver personalised lessons for students with special educational needs, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with support staff to create a supportive learning environment and foster positive relationships with students, helping them build confidence and independence.
  • Progress Monitoring and Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and implementing targeted interventions.
