Senior Sales Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Lead to join our team at ALDAR. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the pre and post-sales processes, including sales force enhancements, digital sales, and purchase agreements. This includes supervising the implementation of technology solutions and tools to enhance sales operations efficiency.
You will also collaborate with customer management, legal, and IT teams to achieve operations excellence. Additionally, you will own all system and product development related to sales force, trial blaze, and Genesis for sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize sales processes and achieve revenue targets.
- Supervising and overseeing the pre and post-sales processes, including sales force enhancements and digital sales.
- Collaborating with customer management, legal, and IT teams to achieve operations excellence.
- Owning all system and product development related to sales force, trial blaze, and Genesis for sales.
- Supporting the recruitment of brokers worldwide and developing strategies to improve sales performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales management operations in a large real estate company within GCC or internationally.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of sales force automation and CRM systems, with experience in implementing and managing these systems.
