We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Optometrist to join our team at Inspired Selections. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, assisting with front-of-house duties, and demonstrating strong clinical skills and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough eye examinations, including pre-screening when necessary.
- Assist with front-of-house duties during busy periods, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and commercial awareness, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
- Open to candidates who are newly qualified up to a maximum of three years of experience.
- Comfortable using a phoropter and managing computer-based records.
- Familiarity with OCT technology, with 40-minute testing times as standard.
- Salary range: £50,000 – £55,000, adjusted based on experience.
- 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
- Monthly bonus of 10% on second-pair sales, shared between the Optometrist and front-of-house staff.
- One pair of glasses provided per year.
- 50% friends and family discount on eyewear.
- Relocation assistance of up to £3,000, paid in equal instalments over the first year (subject to conditions).
