Job Introduction

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Group Leader to join our team at River View Day Nursery in Hertford. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding care and education to our children aged 0-1 years old.

As a passionate advocate for early years education, you'll inspire our children to become happy and confident learners, while also supporting your colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes.

With a strong background in early years qualifications and experience working with young children, you'll thrive in a busy, team-orientated environment and champion partnership working.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.
  2. Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  3. Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth daily routine.
  4. Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures.
