Job Title: Education Support Professional

About the Role:
This position is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of students with diverse challenges. As a skilled teaching assistant, you will work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other support staff to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. Your role will involve tailoring teaching strategies to meet individual student needs, fostering engagement, and promoting access to education for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with teachers to develop and implement alternative approaches for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) requirements, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
• Set achievable targets for students and monitor their progress, ensuring they can maximize their potential.
• Provide emotional support to students facing challenges, helping them resolve issues effectively and maintain a positive attitude towards learning.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Prior experience working with SEN students, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• A compassionate and dedicated approach, with a focus on supporting students to achieve their full potential.
• A full UK driving license, enabling you to travel to schools and educational settings as required.

Salary: £95-£105 per annum, depending on experience.
