Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking and coordinating patient appointments, including clinic sessions and chemotherapy treatments.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
  • Working closely with consultants, secretaries, and other staff members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records, including the COSHH folder, to ensure compliance and minimize errors.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer service-focused environment, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment, adapting to changing situations and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
