At SUSHI SAMBA, we are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef de Partie to join our team in a key role within the kitchen. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious team, delivering high-quality cuisine to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all food items at the station according to specifications and pre-set time limits.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within pre-set time standards.
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working as a Sushi Chef de Partie or higher, with a strong background in similar cuisine. The ideal candidate will have excellent English language communication skills, be able to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards, and possess drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a highly competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
