Company Description: Our client is a market-leading building services contractor operating in the commercial office, data centre, and pharmaceutical sector. They are actively recruiting due to exceptional business growth in their 2024/25 project pipeline and annual turnover.
Responsibilities:- Manage electrical projects with a value of circa £5-15 million, reporting to the Project Director CAT B Fit Out.
- Oversee electrical packages from tender to commissioning, managing a team of professionals.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Liaise with clients over design variations, ensuring that projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Manage a full site team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
- Ensure that health and safety is followed at all times, and that projects are delivered in a safe and controlled environment.
- Commercially lead a project, overseeing the financial aspects and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.
This individual needs to have completed a degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or a related discipline. They should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and a proven track record of managing electrical projects. They should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
