About the Job

We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs to ensure high-quality dishes are produced.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an à la carte kitchen environment at CDP level or above.
  • Located in the UK already.
  • Stable culinary background that reflects your dedication and passion.
  • An appetite for fresh food and a busy kitchen.
  • Hands-on and used to doing 250-1000 covers a day.
  • A burning desire to be part of a culinary adventure that celebrates both tradition and innovation.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 + Tronc/Tips.
  • OTE: £33,000 - £35,000 per year.
