We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Import/Export Coordinator to join our client's logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of goods in and out of the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin, commercial invoices) to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
  • Maintain records of all import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including HMRC and international trade agreements.
  • Manage customs clearance processes and ensure accurate tariff classifications and duty calculations.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays, documentation errors, or customs holds.
