Salary: Up to £28,000 + Overtime + Service Charge

About the Role

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and exciting dishes, with experience working at a 2 AA Rosette level. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to achieve excellent standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they meet the highest standards
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
