The Role

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our team. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading the business through strong client management, winning new business across existing and future clients, and being a role model for the wider team internally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams by providing clear guidance and direction
  • Communicate your thinking with clarity to clients
  • Develop commercial plans based on deep knowledge of your accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and relationships that deliver RFPs
  • Support the business to achieve financial goals
  • Understand and input into personal development for your direct reports
  • Skilful in providing both positive and critical feedback

Requirements

  • 7+ years of market research experience
  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical research experience with proven track record of client delivery
  • Experience presenting research results to clients and able to communicate clearly and efficiently
  • Experience across an array of different research approaches
  • Degree level qualified (2:1 as a minimum in a relevant area), ideally with a relevant advanced qualification
