This is an outstanding opportunity to work on critical water and wastewater developments across the region, managing all phases of the project lifecycle from planning and design to construction and handover.

The Role:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects within the Severn Trent Water framework, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will lead project teams, including engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution, monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and deliver large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects within the Severn Trent Water region.
  2. Lead project teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  3. Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  4. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Implement and oversee health and safety policies.
  6. Report regularly on project progress, risks, and performance.
  7. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
Key Requirements:Experience:

Project Management experience within the water or infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Project Management certification is highly desirable.

Water Sector Knowledge:

Strong understanding of water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, treatment plants, and wastewater systems.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Communication:

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and managing expectations.

Commercial Acumen:

Ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial controls effectively.

Health & Safety:
