Section Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Section Leader at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Section Leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training colleagues and keeping them fully informed through regular team 'huddles'. You will be responsible for ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet the expectations of our customers through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring colleagues are in the right place at the right time.

You will have the opportunity to train in different areas and continually develop your skills, making you a strong coach, mentor, and motivator for your team. You will be a role model to the colleagues around you, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.
