About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with us, where your passion for the Clinical Research industry will drive meaningful contributions to the field. Key responsibilities include:
• Completing all relevant clinical competency training assessments and attending research study protocol training, according to company policies and procedures
• Performing visits, observations, safety reporting, and interventions with participants, adhering to the study protocol and company SOPs
• Carrying out pre-screens efficiently and effectively to optimize patient recruitment
• Encouraging patients to continue within the study, and participate in future trials
• Collecting, recording, verifying, and entering study data into source notes, CRF/eCRF, and associated paperwork, with high accuracy
• Ensuring timely resolution of data queries
• Promoting a welcoming and professional environment for staff and participants
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and emergency response situations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A qualified nursing degree, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Adult), with no limitations to practice
• Passion for the Clinical Research industry, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, with a patient-focused attitude
