Job Overview:

Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an eRostering Implementation Manager to join their eRostering team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the eRostering Team in implementing and managing the eRostering systems, including the staff portal, roster creation, and roster administration.

You will work closely with roster managers, administrators, and directorate management teams to ensure accurate data and timely updates in the system. Your attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will be essential in delivering high-quality rosters and facilitating change within the organisation.

This is a development post that offers the opportunity to progress from band 3 to 4 upon successful completion of competencies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, IT knowledge, and experience in working in a challenging environment.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
