Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Graduate Audiologist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Hearing & Balance Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for newborns to 18-year-olds, including hearing tests, impedance testing, and OAEs.
  • Perform CAPD assessments to identify auditory processing disorders.
  • Collaborate with ENT consultants to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Assist Audio-vestibular Physicians in hearing and balance assessments.
  • Conduct balance assessments, including VNG, calorics, and rotary chair testing.
  • Administer electro-physiological testing, including ABRs, ASSR, c-VEMPs, and o-VEMPs.
  • Communicate test results to patients and their families.

Requirements

  • MSc or BSc in Audiology.
  • Knowledge of paediatric audiology and its complexities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
