About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Analyst to join our team in Market Harborough. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke software solutions to our manufacturing sector clients.

As a close-knit team, we value personality and cultural fit as much as technical skills. You will be working alongside our experienced implementation consultants to develop your skills in planning and scheduling and software implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and our development team to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our implementation team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Utilize Agile Project Management Methodology to deliver solutions.
  • Apply strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
Requirements
  • Experience and/or understanding of Opcenter APS (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
