Dining Server

Job Summary:

The Landmark Hotel London Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Dining Server to join our team in our restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be fully knowledgeable about all allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant, and be able to communicate this information to guests.
• Participate in food and beverage training and masterclasses to ensure up-to-date knowledge of products.
• Be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered.
• Work closely with the dining team, outlets supervisor, and manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
• Be fully aware of all food and beverage promotions in place for all areas of the hotel and communicate them to guests when appropriate.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the outlets supervisor or manager on duty to ensure our guests receive efficient service.

Working Hours:

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
