Cloud Finance Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Finance Transformation Expert to join HCLTech. This role involves collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver financial management solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will take ownership of all aspects of the Financial Management module, particularly Order to Cash, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the programme.

  • Analyse client requirements and objectives, suggest business re-engineering processes, eliminate non-value addition processes, and determine how best the software can address clients' business processes.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, convert requirements to functional specs, and create functional design documents.
  • Configure and showcase Financial Management processes/systems to meet client business requirements, including Chart of Accounts, Consolidation of Accounts, Financial Reporting per Business unit/department, Exchange Rates, Intercompany Accounting, Ledger Accruals and Allocations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management.
  • Have experience in handling System Integration Testing (SIT), End-user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go Live.
  • Have experience in data migration activities and approaches.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solid experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience across 5+ end-to-end implementation projects and awareness of typical implementation methodologies for Dynamics projects.
  • Expert knowledge of finance and distribution, as well as good understanding of Project Management Accounting (PMA) and Talent, and proven industry experience in multiple sectors.
  • Proven understanding of and primary responsibility for solutions in Financial and Project Management Accounting and multi-country and multi-currency AX implementations in Dynamics 365 F&O or other AX versions.
  • Must have expertise knowledge & experience on Fixed Assets, AP/AR, General Ledger, Supply chain, Taxation, Project accounting, and Audit.
  • Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Ability to work remotely and on customer site; some travel expected.
  • Appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience using DevOps for tracking deliverables, risks, and issues.
  • Have led a team to deliver a project module solution and deliverable.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
