Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Operative to join our team at a leading Food Manufacturing Company in North Scarle. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out wet and dry-cleaning activities in accordance with company hygiene procedures and schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members, Shift Managers, Engineers, and Quality Assurance staff to ensure smooth cleaning operations and support hygiene goals.
  • Accurately record completed tasks and perform high-level cleaning with appropriate training.
  • Complete any additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • Own transport due to location of site.
  • Comfortable working in different environments (wet, dry, hot, dusty).
  • Willing to get hands-on and be proactive.
  • Training for Scissor Lift/Cherry Picker (or willing to be trained).
