About the Role

Howard Kennedy is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of residential transactions, including leasehold and freehold transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake due diligence, prepare reports on title, and deal with elements of the contract and/or supplemental documents.
  • Deal with property aspects for financing transactions and certificates or disclosure of title.
  • Manage own files (subject to supervision as necessary).
  • Assist more senior fee earners on larger transactions.
  • Deal with voluntary lease extensions.
  • Assist the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Team on matters relating to statutory lease extension and enfranchisement claims.
  • Deal with new build transactions.
  • Participate in business development and client relationship management activities.
  • Assist and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the conveyancing sales process.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate with a proven track record of dealing with enfranchisement matters and managing transactions relating to prime and ultra prime residential property.
