As our new Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you'll play a crucial role in promoting a positive culture and continuously improving the health and safety of our colleagues while fulfilling our obligations to protect the environment.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in a Health & Safety Manager role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Your ability to make significant decisions in a timely manner and drive improvements across our 28 sites will be essential in helping us achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and well-being
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on health and safety procedures and best practices
