About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and carpentry work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and installation work to a high standard.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a trade-related industry.
  • A strong understanding of relevant tools and equipment, with the ability to operate safely and efficiently.
  • The possession of a valid CSCS card and relevant certifications.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Relevant benefits include a generous holiday entitlement, access to training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
