Job Description:
Progressive Care UK Limited seeks a highly skilled Residential Deputy Leader to join its team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Home, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Support children to reach their full potential
  • Lead and guide a staff team
  • Contribute to recruitment, training and development of staff

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childrens Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Committed to achieving Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management
  • At least two years of experience in social care
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements
