Are you passionate about connecting students with enriching vocational experiences? We're seeking a Vocational Experience Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the success of our Health, Care, and Early Years students. This part-time opportunity offers a great work-life balance and the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of our learners.

The successful candidate will work closely with academic staff to arrange and manage work placements tailored to students' course requirements. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with local employers, creating lasting partnerships that benefit both our students and the community.

As a Vocational Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring student progress, ensuring a positive and productive placement experience. You will also organize internal work experience opportunities within the College, carry out workplace assessments and observations of learners, and ensure all necessary Health and Safety checks and consent forms are completed before placements.

We're looking for an organized and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. If you have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care/Early Years and GCSEs in Maths and English, we'd love to hear from you. A motivated, proactive attitude towards working with children and vulnerable adults is essential, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional support to our students.

The salary for this role is £16,575 per annum, pro rata of the full-time equivalent £28,107 (Professional Services Grade 6). In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive 30 days' annual leave, pro-rata, automatic enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme, access to our Employee Assistance Programme, and discounts with a wide variety of retailers.
