Paint Technician Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join our team at our Telford site. The ideal candidate will have experience with powder coating and be able to support the production process.

• Operate powder coating paint machines to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Support the full paint process, including preparing parts for painting and ensuring products meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve KPIs and support the team leader with the day-to-day running of the paint plant.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

• Previous experience with powder coating is essential.
• Ability to work to deadlines and meet quality standards.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Good attention to detail is required.
