Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

Join our team as an Operational Excellence Manager and play a key role in driving process improvements and enhancements.

About the Job

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement, preferably in a FMCG industry.
  • Sigma qualification and strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Leadership skills, ability to drive ownership and accountability across all levels of the site.

Compensation Package

  • An attractive salary package including an estimated annual salary of £50,000 - £70,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • Bonus scheme for hitting targets, life assurance, pension plan enrollment, medical insurance, death in service, and staff discounts at retailers, entertainment, travels, and more.
