Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team at Fixed-Fee Placements. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns that drive results and promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Create and manage content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including writing content, scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Experience with design software like Canva and InDesign.
  • Good knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, and Monday.
  • Experience with video content creation and editing.
  • Database management skills.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Content writing skills.
  • Understanding of business challenges, competitor challenges, target audiences, and marketing opportunities.
