Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in maintenance engineering? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer Apprentice to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role

  • Implement effective maintenance strategies to enhance plant reliability and operational capability.
  • Resolve plant issues and breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring safe plant operations.
  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to develop plant capability and equipment reliability.
  • Participate in plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects.
  • Coach, mentor, and support engineers and operational technicians, acting as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.

Requirements

  • A time served Multi-skilled Apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.
  • A Level 3 technical certificate & NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline, HNC preferred.
