The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support services to our executive branch agency partners by assisting agency staff in the procurement of goods and services to enable them to meet their operational goals and our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret and apply state procurement regulations, policies, and procedures
* Maintain relationships and transactions within the ODGA as it relates to all purchases and receivables
* Manage records for all vendors, key suppliers, and negotiated purchasing agreements between the ODGA and any other agency or organization
* Assist with the procurement process, including contract management, contract negotiation, and preparation of purchase orders for the ODGA
* Ensure that our commitments to customers are met

Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
* Considerable understanding of Account Payables and Account Receivables processes
* Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
