Strategic Support Officer

About the Role

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with college policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Contract Details

  • Rate of Pay or Salary: £26,414 – £28,173 (Scale6)
  • Working Time: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Leave entitlement: 29 days per year plus bank holidays
