We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead our automotive workshop in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive technology and previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of fitters and service technicians to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement quality checks and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of housekeeping and security.
- Prior experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Foreman, HGV Technician, or Workshop Supervisor in a similar automotive environment.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage a workshop.
- Working knowledge of automotive technology and warranty systems.
- Full, valid, and clean UK driving license.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
