About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs, supporting them to live independently in their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to our clients, including medication management and clinical equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure high-quality care.
