Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality maths education to adult learners, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
  • Assess and record learner progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement maths curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of adult learners.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting learner engagement and motivation.
  • Participate in staff training and development opportunities, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality maths education.
Requirements
  • Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics.
  • A Degree, or professional qualification, which is appropriate to the work.
  • Teaching Qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience of current teaching and learning strategies.
  • Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills.
