About the Nursery Practitioner Role
We are seeking an experienced and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team at KiddyKare Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Leading activities and sessions that promote learning and development
- Contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to decision-making
Requirements:
- A full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 2 or above
- Strong understanding of Safeguarding and EYFS practices
- First aid and basic food hygiene training desirable
- Previous experience working in early years settings
The salary for this role is up to £27,000 per year, with additional benefits such as a promotion scheme and welcome bonus.
