About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Governance Research Professional to join our team in London. As a key member of our research team, you will play a vital role in supporting senior members with the preparation of reports and analysis of governance structures and performance of publicly listed companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior research analysts in preparing reports on corporate governance and shareholder voting policies
  • Analyze governance structures and performance of publicly listed companies against ISS policy or investor-specific voting policy
  • Contribute to the development of in-depth training programs on corporate governance and responsibility for junior team members
  • Engage with public companies and investors as part of our research process
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Law, Political Sciences, English, History, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
