Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our client's team in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management, with experience working on new build residential projects. You will need to have a good understanding of RC frame, Timber frame, and Traditional build methods, as well as experience working with MS Office and 4Projects.
We are looking for a Design Manager who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and project management skills. If you are a motivated and experienced Design Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply with an updated CV.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design projects from conception to completion
- Develop and implement design strategies to meet client requirements
- Manage design teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that design projects are aligned with business objectives
- Ensure that all design projects are compliant with relevant regulations and standards
- Strong background in design management
- Experience working on new build residential projects
- Good understanding of RC frame, Timber frame, and Traditional build methods
- Experience working with MS Office and 4Projects
