Light Vehicle Repair Mechanic

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is negotiable depending on experience, but we estimate it to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location in Boston. We also offer a company pension, on-site parking, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements, including policies and procedures.
- Communicate the importance of delivering quality service at all costs.
- Self-educate on tyre and technical information through internal training and relevant courses.
- Contribute to good housekeeping routines.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 Qualification or Accreditation in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, such as IMI or C&G, or have previous experience in a similar role. A driving licence is preferred.
