Job Description and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of web-based application and development projects.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation for efficient project execution.
• Provide top-notch support to existing clients, encompassing project management, communication, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard of service delivery and lead/direct colleagues as necessary.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through presentations, demos, and regular meetings.
• Foster collaboration among various teams to achieve seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to onboard new customers and enhance revenue streams.
• Stay informed about client applications and processes, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.


Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Account Manager
• Background in IT or software development


The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing complex projects, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth. The expected annual compensation for this role is approximately £45,000, based on qualifications and experience.
