We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across the Lincoln area.

About the Role

As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team to deliver mail and parcels to our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to our customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Using your own vehicle to transport mail and parcels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to walk for long periods and work in any weather
