We are seeking a talented Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Media Molecule, a world-renowned video game developer and proud member of the PlayStation Studios family. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and implementation of UI, technical art, and audio for our next exciting project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of UI, technical art, and audio.
  • Provide inspirational day-to-day team management, through coaching, support, and a positive team culture.
  • Work with artists, UX designers, and audio designers to understand and realise their creative aspirations.
  • Champion and help define technical best-practice within Game Technology.

Requirements:

  • Excellent C++ skills with the ability to write readable and maintainable code.
  • Managing, mentoring, and/or coaching members of a technical team.
  • Collaborating closely with other disciplines to deliver high-fidelity UI, UX, technical art, and/or audio for commercially available games.
