About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Social Housing Development Solicitor to join their team. As a key member of the Social Housing team, you will work closely with clients, including Registered Providers, local authorities, and developers, to provide expert advice on property law, acquisitions, site development, and complex legal matters.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in social housing/property law and strong advisory and project management capabilities. You will be responsible for delivering innovative legal solutions to address the challenges within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on property law, acquisitions, site development, and complex legal matters
  • Working with clients to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Delivering innovative legal solutions to address sector challenges
Requirements
  • Significant experience in social housing/property law
  • Strong advisory and project management capabilities
  • 6 years+ PQE (will also consider from 4 years but as an associate)
