Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in north London, northern home counties, and East Anglia. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for calculating build costs for customers, ensuring accurate net costs, on time, and to the highest quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all costs align with project scope, customer requirements, and current legislation.
  • Review supply chain partner performance and collaborate with the design lead to capture design fees.
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team and supply chain partners to provide accurate costs in line with customer requirements and current legislation.

Requirements:

  • Good numeracy skills and written and spoken English.
  • BTEC in Building Studies or HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/Civil Engineering (or equivalent work experience).

  • A competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum.
