Main Responsibilities

The main duties of this role include undertaking face-to-face and telephone assessments with patients with persistent pain, producing a jointly agreed Personalised Pain Management Plan. You will also work with other members of the clinical team to support patients to live a better life with pain.

This includes working with APP Physiotherapists, Pain Specialist Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Health Care Trainers to deliver individualised patient care and support patients in managing their persistent pain.
