Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Trades Assessor to join our team at Grwp Llandrillo Menai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for observing apprentices in Electrical tasks, ensuring their work meets industry standards.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality systems
  • Support and assess Electrical learners' practical and portfolio work
  • Travel to different workplaces to meet with learners and employers
  • Observe apprentices carrying out Electrical tasks
  • Ensure work meets industrial/professional standards
  • Assess work within the college (if required)
  • Provide training and instruction to groups of learners (if required)

What We Offer:

  • 28 days annual leave, rising to 32 days after 5 full holiday years continuous service
  • All normally observed public holidays
  • Pension - Local Government Pension Scheme

Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
