Workshop Team Leader - Christchurch

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Christchurch. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the mechanical excellence of our motorhome fleet while fostering a motivated, high-performing team.

The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of mechanical expertise or a full NZQA Trade Certification. You will have an in-depth understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and warranties, as well as a passion for delivering top-notch service and fleet quality.

  • Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
  • Competitive compensation package including opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Full driver's licence and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends

In this role, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing workshop staff, sharing your technical expertise. You will also be accountable for ensuring our fleet's mechanical excellence, which includes diagnosing and repairing vehicles, managing warranty claims, and maintaining accurate records.
