Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Plumber to join our Facilities Management team based in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our clients' properties across the region. Your duties will include:
  1. • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and carpentry
    • Responding to emergency call-outs and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
    • Collaborating with other tradespeople and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
    • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and submitting reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • • A recognized trade qualification in plumbing or a related field
    • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
