About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  3. Coordinate and Resolve Customer Complaints: You will coordinate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across multiple market sectors.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Account Management: You must have experience in a customer service, sales support, or account management role.
