Account Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Executive to join our sales team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process to ensure we meet and exceed targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales and building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software to ensure a well-organized and transparent sales process. Upselling and Closing Deals: Identify upselling opportunities to secure hires and sales that meet customer needs and business objectives. Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
We are seeking a proven sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivation, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
